When submitting a bug report, please be sure to include the following information:
- What product are you having a problem with?
- Description of the problem and/or symptoms.
- How can we re-create the same problem?
- What was the expected result?
- What was the actual result?
- Date and time this occurred.
- If available, the ROOM NAME of the session.
With this information, we will re-create and troubleshoot your issue. If room name is included, we are also able to review system logs, which can be very helpful in troubleshooting media errors.
